5. How can I purchase a deal?

Click “Buy Now”, you will be redirected to a page where you need to fill in a form with your personal information. Once completed, you will then be redirected to payment option page where you can select the payment mode and make the payment.

You can make the payment through credit card, debit card, net banking, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

3. Do I need to register to buy the deal?

You can either register or buy as a guest. However, you will need to provide few personal details such as name, email id and phone number. We ask for personal details only to ensure best customer services.

4. Do I need to use the voucher the day I get it?

No. The vouchers and coupons are usually valid for 30 days. Make sure you check the expiry date of the voucher in the deals section.

You can refund but only for faulty or damaged products. You need to inform us about the same by contacting us at within a week of receiving the product. Damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging with intact product tags. Refund or replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by 10deals team.
